End of Summer

It has been a CRAZY month. While potty training Wytner, we had a flood in the house (hardwood flooring and carpet had to all be tore out), then our vans AC went out ($800), Adam has been working 60+ hours plus at work and Zachary starts school next week.
Potty training is going pretty good. It is no onvernight process like it was with Zach, but she is doing very well. She is "holding" it longer now, and getting better about answering yes or no when asked if she has to go. I can sometimes trust her answer too :) She will tell us occasionally that she has to go, but we still seem to be mostly on the "potty timing" rather than the "potty training", but I have no doubt that she wil get it! She will happily go when you put her on the potty and will say pee-pee and bye-bye as we flush :) The hard part is that we are still learning that we dont ALSO go in our panties :)

I was SOOO proud of her this week...she was playing really great at the pool: walking nicely through thigh deep water (keeping her balance) and walking/climbing up the water slide by herself. She even managed to hold sitting posture while sliding down the water slide into tummy deep water....she did this over and over againg for 30 minutes!
